I'm the lead engineer on Autarc’s Core Team. I currently live in Berlin.
In 2012, I installed my first Linux distro, CrunchBang. Later, in 2017, I got my first job as a Ruby on Rails developer.
I’ve mainly worked as a full-stack (mobile, web, backend, DevOps, and product) at startups of various sizes, initially remotely for US-based companies from Colombia, and in recent years, in Germany for Gapfish, Getir, and Autarc.
Coding is also my hobby. I've built multiple open-source apps, such as idonthavespotify, bit, monocuco, and browser-router, and contributed to other initiatives.
During my master’s, I researched high-performance computing on a 936-core cluster, applying data assimilation methods (EnKF, 3D-Var) to advance high-resolution WRF weather modeling.
Right now, I'm interested in local-first architectures, embeddings and decision AI models, native iOS apps, and distributed systems.
